Bio:
Found as a riolu when Elc was traveling through Sinnoh, Rupert was small and defenseless. Elc thought the little pokemon was absolutely adorable, and quickly caught him. Rupert felt a little out of place among the many other pokemon, very cautious towards bonding. Though he was rarely used in battle, alongside Elc's powerhouse pokemon, Rupert eventually outgrew his quiet nature towards Elc and evolved. The now-Lucario Rupert immediately showed his awe-inspiring aura attacks, leaving Elc stunned. Rupert is now used quite frequently and is a strong fighter in Elc's lineup. (And even makes for a very interesting intelligent conversation.)
